Users can become a member of Cashbackpao.com by registering themselves by following the registration process. The registration process would require users to submit certain information. This information won’t be shared with any third-party website as per our Privacy Policy Agreement. To become a registered user of Cashbackpao.com, you’ll have to agree to the current Terms of Service. If you don't agree to our Terms of Service you will not be permitted to use the CashbackPao.com service.

Please be advised that users of Cashbackpao.com are prohibited from running any ads on Google, Facebook, etc. pointing at our website. Indulging in such practices may lead to immediate termination of the account.

Cashbackpao.com offers discount coupons, cashback, and gift cards depending on the Terms & Conditions of the merchant website. Our cashback service allows our registered users ("Members") to earn cashback on tracked purchases from retailers on the Site ("Retailers").

To qualify for cashback, a users’ must conduct a tracked successful transaction which must be confirmed by the Retailer to be genuine (constituting a "Qualifying Transaction"), and cashback must be received by us (becoming "Cashback" as a result).

Under events that the retailer fails to track a transaction using their affiliate tracking system, Cashbackpao might not be paid and hence, cashback from these sales will also not be paid to the Member.

Cashbackpao.com has certain terms & conditions in place which all registering members must qualify to become a member.

• You must be at least 16 years of age to become a Member.
• The details shared to register for cashback service must be accurate.
• If you are asked for, and provide, details of a bank account to receive payments through NEFT method (your "Cashback Receipt Method"), you (a) must ensure that you are, and remain, fully entitled to use that Cashback Receipt Method and (b) confirm that you wish to receive cash back through that Cashback Receipt Method. You can redeem your cashback using your Paytm wallet by choosing ‘Paytm’ as your preferred mode of cashback redemption method.
• You should keep this information updated through your Account.
• You must note that the minimum threshold for redeeming cashback through NEFT is Rs 500 and Rs 250 for cashback redemption through Paytm wallet. Also, the payment will be done in a round figure. For instance, if your total cashback is Rs 100. 50, the maximum cashback you can redeem is Rs 100. The rest can be claimed later in next cashback redemption.

Important: We communicate important details regarding their account using the e-mail ID they provide us at the time of registration. All users are expected to ensure that the email address we hold for you is up-to-date and that you have full access to it. In case of a change in any information, users are requested to change it using their account settings.

Cashback is credited directly into the users’ account once the same has been received by us from the retailer. There can be circumstances in which a transaction might not qualify as a genuine, tracked transaction with a Retailer, and cashback may not result from such transactions.

As members of Cashbackpao.com, you agree to understands that all transactions made by you are with individual retailer and not with us. Our help pages provide further information about these circumstances.

Further, the Retailers may increase or decrease the threshold of commission paid from time to time. In such cases, the cashback illustrated on our Site may be incorrect. The applicable transactions will be credited in accordance with the commission reported to us by the Retailer. We shall not be liable for any difference in the expected cashback by the Member and the actual Cashback received by the Member.

Cashback would be credited only when the Retailer confirms the transaction. Once the transaction is validated, the cashback will be credited into your Cashbackpao account - which can take 30 to 90 days or more from the date of the purchase. Cashback payment won’t be made if the retailer denies cashback due to any reason best known to them. Cash back won't be offered in case goods purchased are returned or the sale is reversed or amended by any means. Apart from the Retailer, it is also mandatory for the members to intimate Cashbackpao about any returns or exchanges for which they might have earned cash back unduly.

Note: Cashbackpao reserves the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly against any credit that has been applied in error. Cashbackpao has the right to recover all unduly paid cashback, transactions where the credit is not genuinely due, or transactions which are already marked as payable or validated in your Account, which the member is not entitled to earn, through legal proceedings.

Your Joining Bonus (if offering) for Self Joining will get confirmed after your first successfull Payout.

Your Referral Joining Bonus (If offering) will get cofirmed only after the first Payout of the user who joined by your Invitation.

Email ID and Mobile Number verification are mendatory for each and every user to get Joining Bonus/Cashback/Referral Earning.

One Person can have only one account on CashbackPao. User will not get any Joining Bonus, Referral Earning for Fake accounts.

Account will validate by OTP Verification, IP Address Verification, Email Verification and other way of verification.

In some specific cases we can ask for the copy of Shopping Bill for verification or for sending to concerned Retailer. This will keep with full privacy and will not share to any third party. This is only for internal process.

Aa a registered member of Cashbackpao.com, you acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are owned by us. You can't and you should not copy or distribute materials available on the website unless you're licensed to do so by Cashbackpao.com

As a registered member of Cashbackpao.com, you agree to acknowledge and agree to comply with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms a part of this Agreement. This means you give us the way we handle your personal data under that policy.

Users' must remember that cashbackpao.com is not a party of any transaction with retailers or supplies any goods/ services which are available on the website. Therefore, Cashbackpao is not obligated to any legal restriction that applies to the sellers of those goods or services.

This also means Cashbackpao is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of those goods or services available from Retailers.

Cashbackpao.com reserves the right to terminate any users' account temporarily or permanently, depending on the nature of the violation, from accessing our services in case of a breach of contract or misuse.

While we understand any content shared by you is copyrighted under your name, but by posting it on Cashbackpao.com you’re sharing exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, transmit and display the content online and offline, with Cashbackpao.com.

Any user or organization found posting contents of Cashbackpao.com by violating the terms, shall be solely responsible and every necessary legal action would be taken against them. In selected cases, Cashbackpao.com may take full responsibility for your content and shall take necessary action against the individual or organization found violating the terms or sharing your content offline or online without prior permission.

If you are planning to post anything on Cashbackpao.com, you must be informed that legal action can be taken against you, if:

• If your content is found violating the privacy policy and general terms and conditions.
• If your content is obscene, pornography or anything that harms the minors
• If your content is posted with an intention to harm the organization in any way.
• If your content is objectionable or criminal in any way.

The website is only for Indian residents. All the terms and conditions mentioned on the website are in accordance with the laws laid out by the Government of India, and concerns every Indian resident using our services. In case of any issue or claim arising in relation to terms laid by Cashbackpao or the organization itself, shall be settled through binding arbitration, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration Act 1996. All legal issues with be dealt with in Delhi, India.
